Terms of Service

1. What inbux Does

inbux gives you a personal pay link (inbux.me/yourname) where people can pay to reach your inbox. You set the price. Optionally, you can connect Gmail to manage spam senders.

2. Account Levels

inbux has three account levels:

Level	What You Get	Duration
Trial	Pay link page, profile, interests	14 days
Subscribed	Everything in Trial, account persists	While subscribed
Gmail Connected	Everything above + spam management	Optional add-on

3. Trial Period

• Your free trial lasts 14 days
• During trial, you can use your pay link and set up your profile
• If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your username becomes available for others to claim
• There is no grace period—to use inbux again, you'll need to re-register

4. Subscription

• Annual subscription fee as shown during signup
• Renews automatically unless you cancel
• Cancel anytime in account settings
• After cancellation, your account remains active until the subscription period ends

5. Earnings & Payouts

You earn money when senders pay to reach you via your pay link. Earnings are applied to your annual subscription first at renewal, reducing or eliminating your renewal cost. Any earnings beyond your subscription cost are paid out to you.

Subscription Credit

• At renewal, your earnings are automatically applied to your subscription cost
• If your earnings exceed your subscription cost, the excess is paid out to you
• Earn enough and your subscription renewal is free
• Subscription credits are applied immediately at renewal

Cash Payout

• Payouts are processed 90 days after your renewal date
• This 90-day delay protects against payment disputes and chargebacks
• You must have a connected bank account (via Stripe) to receive payouts
• Any amount of excess earnings qualifies for payout

Promotional Credits

• inbux may offer promotional credits (e.g., welcome bonus) at our discretion
• Credits follow the same subscription-first model
• Credits are one-time, non-transferable
• We may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time

Cancellation & Earnings

If you cancel your subscription:

• You have a 30-day grace period to reactivate (earnings preserved)
• After the grace period, your account is deleted
• Any earnings are paid out 90 days after account deletion
• You must have completed Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts

Earnings Forfeiture

Earnings are forfeited if:

• Your trial expires without subscribing
• You have not completed Stripe Connect onboarding before account deletion

If you have completed Stripe Connect onboarding, your earnings are paid out 90 days after account deletion.

6. Gmail Integration (Optional)

Subscribers can optionally connect Gmail for spam management. If you connect Gmail, you grant inbux permission to:

• Read spam folder metadata: Sender addresses, subject lines, timestamps (not email content)
• Send emails on your behalf: Only when you click "Send inbux Link"
• Manage Gmail filters: To implement your allow/block preferences

You can disconnect Gmail anytime. Your pay link continues to work without Gmail connected.

7. Your Pay Link Page

• Your email address is never shown on your pay link page
• You choose what to display: name, title, company, interests
• You can edit or hide this information anytime

8. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your account secure
• Use the service for legitimate purposes
• If using Gmail features, comply with Gmail's Terms of Service

9. Limitations

inbux is provided "as is." We're not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Gmail API availability (that's Google's domain)
• Emails that bypass spam filters
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Changes & Termination

• We may update these terms with 30 days notice for significant changes
• Either party can terminate anytime
• Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy
